This policy covers the details Scottsdale Garage Door AZ collects when you call or send a request, and what happens to them after that.
What the form collects
Every form on the site requires 4 things: your name, your phone number, your ZIP code and the garage door service you need. Depending on the form, you can also add your city, the best time to call, an email address and a note about what the door is doing. The request also records which form and page it was sent from. Anything you add is kept with the request.
If you call instead, the same details are written down: name, number, city, the fault with the door and a time to call.
Why the details are collected
They are collected to call you back about the door, and to answer the question you asked. The details are not used to sell you anything else.
Who sees them
The people who answer requests, including the person who calls you back, see what you sent. Forms are delivered through FormSubmit, an outside form service, to the inbox that receives requests for this site.
The site also uses WhatConverts, a lead tracking service. Its script sets cookies and records which page, search engine or link brought you to the site, and attaches that to a form you send, so we know which pages bring requests. It does not change the phone number shown on the page.
The details are not added to a marketing list you did not ask for. If the law requires a record to be produced, it is produced.
Phone calls
A call may be noted in writing so the next person who picks it up knows what was said. Notes cover the door, the address area and the price discussed. They are not used for marketing.
How long the details are kept
A request is kept as long as it is needed to answer you, and for a reasonable time after that in case you call again. Anything no longer needed is deleted. Ask for it to be deleted sooner and it is deleted sooner.
Nothing is kept for a mailing list or a newsletter. There is no account to close and no profile to delete.
Removal
Call (747) 243-2089 and ask for the details to be removed. Give the name and the phone number used on the request so the right record is found. The request is deleted and no further call is made about it.
You can also say so to whoever calls you back, at any point.
Children
The service is for homeowners and tenants arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children under 13, and details are not knowingly collected from them.
